Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for programming, trajectory planning, and welding operations of the company's KUKA C2/C4 welding robots, and maintaining the welding production line.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve common welding quality defects on-site, including porosity, slag inclusion, incomplete penetration, deformation, and other issues.

3. Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of robot production line equipment, and ensuring the implementation of scheduled equipment maintenance.

Job requirements

1. Familiar with industrial robotics and automation operation technology; proficiency in KUKA C2/C4 welding robots is preferred.

2. Major in industrial robotics, automation, or related fields, with the ability to simply program industrial robots.

3. Familiar with machining drawings and welding process drawings, capable of independent commissioning and troubleshooting; meticulous and responsible in work, with good communication skills and team collaboration awareness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate shot blasting equipment to perform surface descaling, rust removal, and other pretreatment operations on metal components.

2. Conduct daily equipment inspection, maintenance, and simple troubleshooting to ensure stable operation of the shot blasting machine.

3. Follow all management regulations in the work area, regularly clean the shot recovery system, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

4. Complete production records and equipment operation logs, and cooperate with quality inspection personnel for workpiece acceptance.

Job requirements

1. Junior high school education or above, age 18-50 years old.

2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in shot blasting, sandblasting, or surface treatment positions preferred.

3. Familiar with the working principles of shot blasting equipment, capable of independently performing equipment startup/shutdown, parameter adjustment, and routine maintenance.

4. Conscientious and responsible in work, able to withstand certain physical labor, and adaptable to workshop production environments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strictly follow process drawings or work instructions to operate forging equipment and complete heating, forging, and forming processes.

2. Conduct quality self-inspection during the forging process, promptly identify and report product defects, and ensure output components meet dimensional accuracy requirements.

3. Perform regular maintenance on forging equipment, record equipment operating status, and assist in handling minor equipment malfunctions.

4. Comply with workshop safety operating procedures, maintain good management of production areas, and prevent safety incidents.

Job requirements

1. Junior high school education or above, age 18-50 years old.

2. Minimum 2 years of forging experience, familiar with open-die forging, closed-die forging, and other processes, capable of independently operating forging equipment such as air hammers and hydraulic presses.

3. Able to read machining drawings and possesses basic quality judgment capability.

4. Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility, adaptable to workshop production environments, and compliant with production arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform standardized operations in rubber mixing, trimming, and other production processes, strictly following process requirements to complete production tasks.

2. Assist with material tallying, warehousing, and other auxiliary tasks to ensure timely supply of production materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

3. Cooperate with the team to complete other temporary production-related tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth production workflow.

Job requirements

1. Junior high school education or above, age 18-50 years old.

2. Basic production operation experience required; rubber mixing operation experience preferred.

3. Adaptable to production floor environments, with strong hands-on skills and execution capability.

4. Meticulous and conscientious in work, compliant with management arrangements, and possesses good team collaboration awareness.
