MK2 Crane Rail Pad

The SINCHOLD MK2 crane rail pad is specifically designed for discontinuous steel base plate rail systems. Its unique design features two raised bosses at both ends, which are secured to the base steel plate in an interlocking manner to prevent longitudinal displacement. Available in multiple sizes, the MK2 pad is adaptable to various applications and capable of handling different wheel loads. 

MK3/MK5 Continuous Rail Rubber Pads

The continuous rail pad is a composite rubber pad primarily made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), offering excellent resistance to oil, grease, and UV degradation.

Using SINCHOLD MK3 or MK5 rubber pads between the rail and its support structure significantly enhances crane rail performance. Cranes impose substantial loads on their supporting structures, and these pads effectively reduce stress between the rail and its foundation.

Reinforcement in Rubber Pads

The embedded steel reinforcement in rubber pads provides essential structural support, dramatically improving tensile, compressive and shear resistance to accommodate higher load capacities and deformation tolerances.
