SINCHOLD welded rail clamps are precision fastening systems designed for heavy-duty industrial rails (gantry cranes, overhead cranes, STS container cranes, etc.). They securely position and lock rails to ensure smooth operation, enhance system safety, and extend service life. The clamp consists of an adjustable upper clamp (with vulcanized rubber nose) and a base clamp, supporting both factory pre-welding and on-site welding for flexible installation.
Key Technical Innovations
Adjustable Design: The upper clamp slides along the tie-down end with elongated slots, easily accommodating different rail gauges and providing lateral adjustment flexibility during installation and maintenance.
Anti-Loosening Self-Locking: An inclined hole combined with a stop block prevents displacement after tightening, ensuring a stable and secure hold.
Vulcanized Rubber Nose: Absorbs impact, reduces vibration and noise, prevents rail deviation, and improves operational smoothness and safety.
SINCHOLD systems excel under high lateral loads in demanding environments such as ports, steel mills, and power plants. We offer rubber nose options compatible with over 70 rail profiles worldwide.
SINCHOLD rail clamps are manufactured using advanced forging techniques. During the forging process, impact force or pressure is applied to deform the metal between the upper and lower dies (anvil blocks), shaping it into the desired form. This method is particularly suitable for rail clamps with simple shapes and larger dimensions.
For rail clamps with complex shapes and high dimensional accuracy requirements, we employ a closed-die forging process. In this method, the metal blank is compressed and shaped within a precision forging die cavity, ensuring the final product meets exact specifications.
