With excellent global reputation and sharp insights in business, he spends much time traveling around the world, exploring projects, managing complex and leading projects, and handling relationships between major distributors and suppliers.

Taking care of the entire process of connection, coordination and tracking (including without limitation responses and solutions to wide variety of customer comments and requirements) of the company's overseas projects, as well as translation and localization of business and technical information in foreign languages. Graduated from Sichuan International Studies University (SISU), worked with Remscheid based Edscha Automotive Technology Company in Shanghai, Hutchison Whampoa Properties in Canton and Shanghai branches, and Tesla Shanghai Ltd. (GF3), etc., highly experienced in language localization, technical translation, business communication, marketing and project coordination. 

Kun, who worked in the technical department of a listed company controlled by SASAC (the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) for more than ten years, with a wealth of mechanical knowledge in sheet metals and structural design of foundation, as well as skilled control over material calculation, cost control and proposal planning, is now responsible for proposal development of the company's customized rail system, raw material control, and technical proposal preparation for large-scale projects. 

Carry out analysis and quotation for the customer’s project design proposals, domestic sales and promotion of company products, coordination with customers, responsible for the entire process of procurement, contract signing and transactions.

Responsible for design and optimization of the company's new and old product drawings, dealing with product problems, detailing of product layout and parameters, to ensure that products satisfying customers are designed.

Be responsible for customer inquiry reply and order follow-up on the international website, contact and maintain foreign customers, develop new overseas customers, and complete other work arranged by the superior.

With more than ten years of project management experience, Guo is responsible for the management of quality and planning of the construction projects, and implementation of various production plans. Coordination of various resources to advance the project progress, supervision of R&D and production personnel to complete R&D and production tasks as scheduled, so as to achieve the set goals with quality and quantity assured. 

With more than ten years of experience in production management, Mr Zheng is fully responsible for production and management of the rubber workshop, formulation of technical targets and work plans, ready to provide technical support through strengthening departmental cooperation.
