Work with purchasing and sales personnel, and provide truthful feedback on warehouse inventory status. Take care of inventory control, stock take, tracking of inbound goods received into the warehouse, IQC on incoming materials and OQC on outgoing shipments, packaging, labelling and delivery scheduling etc, to ensure that raw materials’ stock-in (receiving) and finished products’ stock-out (shipping) are consistent, ensure the inventory is recorded accurately and kept safe. 

Under the leadership of the Production Department, he is fully responsible for production, quality, technology, equipment, safety and other work of the workshops, and strives to improve the management level, improve the production efficiency, and accomplish various targets and tasks assigned by the Management with quality and quantity assured. 

Control the product quality strictly in accordance with the IFC drawings and technical specifications, draw conclusions, and be responsible for IQC on incoming materials and OQC on outgoing shipments, as well as quality problems caused by missed inspections. Strictly supervise and inspect the quality, types and dimensions of raw materials, supervise and check whether the construction works fulfil the requirements of the specification.

Organize and direct the production of the team and lead the team to complete the tasks assigned by the workshop in accordance with the quality and quantity required.

Responsible for the process and technical management of the workshop to ensure smooth progress of production; and responsible for workshop safety and 6S.

Having many years of processing experience in fully automatic CNC machine tools, familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and good command of knowhows on the operating system.

With many years of assembly experience in rail track installation, check whether the assembly of each component is correct, whether there are omissions and wrong installations in accordance with the assembly drawing, assembly process card, related inspection specifications and documents.

Worked ever with CIMC for more than ten years, with rich experience in welding. mainly responsible for preparation, guidance and implementation of welding procedures for welding structural parts, and puting forward requirements on relevant welding materials and inspection of welding quality.
